Mentorships are based on the exchange of knowledge between mentor and mentee. A mentorship is a supportive volunteer relationship between an experienced “mentor” and a “mentee” in need of support and growth. The purpose of this relationship is to bring together two matched candidates to facilitate conversation about work and life experiences.
Through its mentorship program for entrepreneurs, RDÉE Ontario has the network and infrastructure to bring together mentors and entrepreneurs, and provide a personalized support system.
Our mentorship support services are geared towards professional growth. We offer a series of motivational workshops, strategic expert consulting and individual mentorship sessions – a suite of tools essential for your success!
