Opportunities for All is a program of awareness and economic integration of francophone immigrants in Ontario. This initiative makes efforts to educate employers to the benefits of hiring a newcomer and support them in the identification of qualified candidates, as well as in the recruitment and integration of newcomers in the workplace.
This provincial program has employability and entrepreneurial components aimed at several objectives:
Employability
- Educate Ontario employers on the benefits of hiring a newcomer
- Prepare newcomers to Ontario’s labour market realities
- Support SMEs in their recruitment of newcomers
Entrepreneurship
- Support newcomers and members of francophone communities with the development of their business plan
- Provide support in leadership development and the creation of a network of professional contacts
To ensure the success its program, we offer professional support to all of our clients over a period of three to six months.

Emploi Toronto, a program funded in part by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focuses mainly on supporting the French nationals in Ontario, and particularly in Toronto, to professionally blend in.
The initiative guides them in their job search and offers a website where they can find employment opportunities. Emploi Ontario also targets any business requiring a skilled workforce.
The services offered by Emploi Toronto are intended for the French holders of a temporary or permanent work permit who experience difficulties in finding a job, as well as the French engaged on a voyage of exploration in Ontario.
