Opportunities for All is a program of awareness and economic integration of francophone immigrants in Ontario. This initiative makes efforts to educate employers to the benefits of hiring a newcomer and support them in the identification of qualified candidates, as well as in the recruitment and integration of newcomers in the workplace.
This provincial program has employability and entrepreneurial components aimed at several objectives:
Employability
- Educate Ontario employers on the benefits of hiring a newcomer
- Prepare newcomers to Ontario’s labour market realities
- Support SMEs in their recruitment of newcomers
Entrepreneurship
- Support newcomers and members of francophone communities with the development of their business plan
- Provide support in leadership development and the creation of a network of professional contacts
To ensure the success its program, we offer professional support to all of our clients over a period of three to six months.

Le Réseau de développement économique et d’employabilité (RDÉE Canada), en partenariat avec ses 12 organismes membres provinciaux et territoriaux, offre gratuitement et en français, des services d’accompagnement professionnel pré-départ aux immigrant(e)s francophones résidant à l’extérieur du Canada.
RDÉE Ontario avec son programme La Bonne affaire pilote ce projet pancanadien.
Ces services concernent les personnes qui sont :
· résidentes permanents du Canada
· sélectionnées en vue de la résidence permanente et qui en ont été informées par
l’entremise d’une lettre de Citoyenneté et Immigration Canada (CIC)
· refugiées au sens de la Convention ou personnes protégées qui sont à l’étranger et
qui ont été sélectionnéea par CIC en vue d’être réinstallées au Canada
· protégées en vertu de l’article 95 de la LIPR
Les personnes concernées pourront bénéficier de la gamme complète des services d’emploi et d’entrepreneuriat des RDÉE dans les provinces et territoires et joindre divers milieux d’affaires. Il seront également orienter vers des services d’accueil dans leurs communauté de destination.
